I didnt really Receive much communication from the seller ,i pretty much just went through Ali and fed ex for updates ,which was kinda shocking ,because i usually hear from sellers whenever i order hair.The hair arrived in less then three days .no smell which was a plus,i love the hair to be honest .it holds a curl and straightens very nice .the texture is very light and soft, only complaints i have is,when i washed the hair the water was dark the first two rinses ,i didnt know if the hair was colored or just needed to be washed. ,and second the hair is very thin i used just about all three of my bundles and it feels like less then two .i like my units on the natural density side and and it was just a little bit less for me .i ordered two 20s and an 18 and it looks like i have in one 20 inch so if you like full hair i recommend buying more than three bundels or order all the same Lengths .and the hair also colors very well .overall i would order from them again

Lovely hair, I’ve had it for almost a month now. Nice and straight, does get frizzy and tangles a bit more lately. Ive washed it a few times, sheds a bit more now than it did when I first got it.
