After 47 days from ordering, I received this useless lip liner that barely shows up on my lips. It is indeeds matte, but it's too dry to the point it barely adheres to the lips. It takes effort to get on, and when it's "on" it's barely visible, which still doesn't matter because it wears off in minutes. I didn't add another product to it, and that's possibly what some of the other reviewers did in order to have a satisfactory result. I'm reviewing this item, not this item when it's added to something I already own. The picture shows my lips when applied to half of my lips. As you see, there's no difference. The side with the beauty mark has no liner.
